Privacy at Kohti

Information used to run your workspace
Kohti uses your account email and the information you enter into your workspace, such as clients, projects, proposals, invoices, and settings, to provide the service. This information may include details about people you add as clients or collaborators.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google or connect Google to an existing account, Google shares your account identifier, email address, email verification status, and basic profile information such as your name with Kohti’s authentication provider for sign-in. Kohti uses these details to identify your account and display your profile. Kohti asks only for the details needed to sign you in. It does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts.
Your Google identity can be connected to your existing Kohti account. You can disconnect it in Settings when another sign-in method remains available. Signing out of Kohti does not delete your Google account.
Storage and sharing
Kohti uses Supabase for authentication and workspace storage, and Vercel to serve the application. In the browser-only demo, information you enter stays on that device and may be lost if you clear your browser data. Signed-in workspaces save clients, projects, invoices, and expenses to your account. Private work logs, timers, and billing rates are saved in this browser and kept separate for each account; they do not sync to other devices and may be lost if you clear your browser data. Kohti does not sell Google account information. Information in client portal or document share links is available to anyone who has a valid link, so share those links carefully.
