Using Kohti
Kohti helps independent professionals manage clients, proposals, projects, time, invoices, and finances. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Kohti for a business, you must have permission to act for that business.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Your work and information
You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Kohti permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including documents and client share links. Only upload information you have permission to use and share.
Review proposals, invoices, tax amounts, exchange rates, and exported documents before sending them. Kohti is a workspace tool; it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Keep copies of important business records.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kohti for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, or content that violates someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access for misuse or to protect accounts and the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will meet your needs. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Any charges or paid plan terms will be presented before you agree to them.
Privacy and closing your account
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use account and workspace information. Contact us to request help with account closure or deletion, and save any records you need before closing your account.
